Responsible Gambling
ZT77 is committed to providing a safe, transparent and responsible gambling environment for all players. This page explains the tools, limits and resources available to help you stay in control — because responsible gambling is not just a feature, it is the foundation of how ZT77 operates.
Age Restriction
ZT77 is an adults-only platform. No individual under the age of 18 — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or applicable local law, whichever applies — may register an account, deposit funds or participate in any gambling activity on this Platform.
This restriction is not a technicality. Gambling by minors causes serious harm. It can establish destructive financial habits during formative years, distort the relationship between risk and reward, and create dependency patterns that persist into adulthood. ZT77 takes this responsibility seriously at every level — from registration flow design to ongoing account monitoring.
All registered users are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before accessing funded account features. This includes submitting a valid government-issued photo ID — for Pakistani users, a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) is the primary accepted document. Accounts are held in a restricted state until age verification is confirmed.
Our Commitments
Responsible gambling is built into the ZT77 platform at every level — not bolted on as a legal requirement, but genuinely integrated as a core design principle.
Age verification is mandatory before any funded account activity. CNIC or passport verification confirms eligibility for all Pakistani users. Zero tolerance for underage access — always.
Set your own deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits directly from your account. Limits take effect immediately and reductions are applied instantly. Increases require a cooling-off period.
Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to indefinitely. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period — a deliberate safety mechanism.
Periodic on-screen notifications during active play sessions remind you of your current session duration and cumulative net wager total. These cannot be disabled while a gambling session is in progress.
ZT77 never publishes guaranteed win claims, misleading RTP figures, fake testimonials or "get rich" messaging. Gambling involves real financial risk and we communicate that clearly and consistently.
Our support team is trained to recognise signs of distress and to refer players to appropriate support resources. You will never be pressured to continue playing. Support is available via live chat and email.
Account Controls
These tools are available to every registered ZT77 user at any time, directly from account settings. You do not need to contact support to activate them.
Set a maximum amount you are willing to deposit per day, per week or per month. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits can be processed until the period resets. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a mandatory 24-hour reflection period before they become active.
Set a cap on the maximum net loss you are willing to sustain per day, per week or per month. When your loss limit is reached, you will be prevented from placing further wagers for the remainder of that period. This tool is particularly useful for managing your gambling budget against a defined PKR threshold.
Set a maximum duration for any individual gambling session. When your time limit expires, you will be automatically logged out and prevented from starting a new session for a defined cooling-off period. Reality check pop-ups at intervals you choose are also available within each session.
Take a short break from the platform without committing to full self-exclusion. Cool-off periods of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days are available. During a cool-off period your account remains open but gambling access is suspended. The cool-off period cannot be cancelled once active.
The strongest available tool. Self-exclusion suspends your account access for a defined period — from a minimum of 24 hours up to 5 years — or permanently. During self-exclusion ZT77 will suppress all marketing communications to your account. The exclusion period cannot be shortened once initiated.
You may permanently close your ZT77 account at any time. Following closure, your real money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method. ZT77 will retain KYC and transaction records as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
Step by Step
Access your account from any device. All protection tools are available via the main account menu on both desktop and mobile.
The Responsible Gambling section is prominently located in account settings and is accessible without navigating through multiple menus.
Choose the tool you want to activate — deposit limit, loss limit, session limit, cool-off or self-exclusion — and set the relevant period or amount.
Confirm your selection when prompted. Your chosen limit or exclusion takes effect immediately. A confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
If you are unable to activate a tool via account settings or want to initiate an immediate account suspension, contact our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. We will act promptly.
Resets each calendar day. Good for controlling daily spending.
Resets each Monday. Useful for managing a weekly gambling budget in PKR.
Resets on the first of each month. Suitable for longer-term budget control.
Per-session duration cap with automatic logout. Applies each time you log in.
24 hours to 30 days. Account open but gambling suspended. Cannot be cancelled.
24 hours to permanent. Strongest available tool. Marketing suppressed immediately.
Limit increase rule: Any request to increase a previously set deposit, loss or session limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour waiting period. This cooling-off period is intentional — it provides time to reconsider a decision that may have been made impulsively.
Know Yourself
Gambling is entertainment when it stays within boundaries you are comfortable with. But those boundaries can shift gradually, and the change is not always easy to recognise from the inside. The questions below are based on established responsible gambling screening frameworks. They are not a diagnostic tool — if several of these statements apply to you, they suggest it may be worth speaking to a professional support service.
I have gambled with money I could not afford to lose — rent, groceries, household bills or emergency funds.
I have chased losses — kept playing specifically to try to win back money I had already lost.
I have felt restless, irritable or anxious when I was not gambling or when I tried to stop.
I have hidden my gambling activity from family members in Karachi, Lahore, or wherever I live.
I have borrowed money or sold possessions to fund gambling.
Gambling has caused problems in my relationships, my work or my mental health.
I have tried to reduce or stop gambling but found I could not.
If you answered yes to two or more of the above, please consider using ZT77's self-exclusion tool immediately and reaching out to a support organisation. Recognising the issue is the first step — and you have already taken it.
Warning Signs
Problem gambling does not look the same in every person. These are some of the common patterns and warning signs to be aware of — in yourself or in someone you know.
Preoccupation: Thinking about gambling constantly — planning the next session, replaying previous bets, researching odds obsessively during cricket matches or PSL games.
Escalation: Needing to bet larger and larger amounts — either in PKR value or in frequency — to get the same level of excitement or relief.
Loss of time awareness: Losing track of how long you have been playing. Sessions that started as 20 minutes extending to several hours without noticing.
Financial consequences: Depleting savings, missing bill payments, accruing debt or asking family members for money because of gambling losses.
Relationship strain: Arguments with family, lying to a spouse, withdrawing from social activities, or missing important family events because of gambling.
Using gambling to cope: Turning to gambling to manage stress, anxiety, depression or loneliness — rather than as occasional recreation.
Failed attempts to stop: Having tried to cut down or quit gambling before but returning to it despite repeated intentions to stop.
These patterns are recognised indicators of disordered gambling behaviour. Experiencing several of them does not mean you are beyond help — it means professional support is likely to be beneficial. Please use the resources in the next section.
Get Help
If you or someone you know is experiencing difficulties with gambling, support is available. The following types of resources can help — please seek them out without hesitation.
Pakistan has a growing network of mental health support services, including helplines operated by hospital psychiatric departments and NGOs in cities like Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Contact your nearest government hospital's psychiatric department for a referral to qualified counselling services. Mental health professionals can provide structured support for gambling-related distress.
Gamblers Anonymous is an international peer-support fellowship for people who identify as having a gambling problem. GA follows a 12-step recovery programme. GA meetings and resources are available online for users in Pakistan who do not have local access to in-person meetings. The GA framework has helped millions of people worldwide manage and overcome problem gambling.
GamCare is a leading provider of free information, advice and support for anyone affected by gambling problems. GamCare operates internationally and publishes extensive self-help resources, recovery guides and a structured counselling referral programme. Their online resources are accessible from Pakistan and cover topics from financial recovery to relationship repair after problem gambling.
Qualified clinical psychologists and counsellors in Pakistan's major cities — particularly in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad — increasingly provide support for behavioural addictions including problem gambling. If you are struggling, speaking to a trained mental health professional is a constructive and confidential step. Your local general practitioner can provide a referral.
Problem gambling affects not only the individual player but also their family members. Gam-Anon, the family companion programme of Gamblers Anonymous, provides peer support for family and friends of people with gambling problems. Online Gam-Anon meetings are accessible from Pakistan and provide a safe, non-judgmental space to discuss shared experiences.
Our own support team is available via live chat (10:00 AM – 2:00 AM PKT) and email at [email protected]. If you need to activate a protection tool urgently, want guidance on how to self-exclude or simply need to talk to someone at ZT77 about your account, our team is here. We will never pressure you to continue playing and will always prioritise your wellbeing.

Our Commitment
Responsible gambling is not a compliance checkbox for ZT77. It is a genuine operational commitment that shapes how the platform is designed, how its marketing is written and how its support team is trained. Here is what we commit to, in plain terms.
A leisure activity, not a financial strategy or coping mechanism.
Only ever play with money you can afford to lose completely.
Set a time limit before you start. Stop when that time is up.
Understand how the games work, what the odds mean and what you are agreeing to.
