Terms & Conditions — ZT77 Platform

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "T&C") govern the access to and use of the ZT77 online betting and casino platform, including all associated services, features, content and functionality made available through the domain zt77.cam and any subdomains thereof (collectively referred to as "the Platform").

The Platform is operated by ZT77 (referred to herein as "ZT77", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing, browsing or using any part of the Platform — including reading content, creating an account or placing any wager — you ("the User", "you" or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ZT77 operates as an online betting and casino information and service platform. All content published on the Platform is for informational purposes. ZT77 does not provide legal advice, financial advice or professional gambling strategy. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in any gambling activity is lawful in their jurisdiction.

In these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Access to and use of the Platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is deemed to have occurred at the earliest of the following events:

1. Clicking an acceptance checkbox or button during account registration that references these Terms;
2. Creating a registered account on the Platform;
3. Depositing funds into a ZT77 account; or
4. Placing any wager through the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any existing account by contacting our support team.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the following supplementary policies, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and ZT77:

• Privacy Policy — governing the collection, processing and storage of your personal data;
• Responsible Gambling Policy — governing player protection tools and self-exclusion mechanisms; and
• Any individual Bonus Terms & Conditions associated with specific promotional offers.

To be eligible to create and maintain a ZT77 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be a minimum of 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You confirm that accessing and using the Platform is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located or resident. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited must not access the Platform.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.
• Not a prohibited person: You are not a ZT77 employee, director, contractor or their immediate family member.
• Own name and funds: You must register in your own legal name and deposit only funds that you are legally entitled to use.

To access ZT77's full range of services, you must create a registered account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. During registration you are required to provide, at minimum:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification);
• A valid email address that you own and regularly access;
• A password of sufficient complexity, which you must keep confidential;
• Your date of birth; and
• Your country and city of residence.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, complete and up to date. You are required to update your account details promptly if any information changes. ZT77 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify any information provided.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must:

• Not share your username or password with any third party;
• Not allow any other person to access your account;
• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform; and
• Notify ZT77 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

ZT77 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, except where such losses are caused directly by ZT77's own negligence.

ZT77 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. All registered users must complete KYC verification before making a withdrawal. ZT77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including before processing deposits above specified thresholds.

Acceptable Identity Documents

ZT77 typically accepts the following forms of government-issued identification for users based in Pakistan:

• CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — the primary accepted ID for Pakistani nationals;
• Valid Pakistani Passport; or
• Other government-issued photo identification as accepted at ZT77's discretion.

Additional documentation may include proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement) and, where required, a selfie or liveness verification check. All documents must be current, unaltered and clearly legible.

Users may fund their ZT77 account using the payment methods available at the time of deposit, as displayed in the account cashier. Available methods, minimum deposit amounts and processing times are subject to change. ZT77 accepts deposits in PKR and other currencies as specified in the cashier section.

Payment methods listed on the Platform (including references to familiar Pakistani services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are presented as familiar local payment references only. The mention of these services does not constitute an endorsement, affiliation or confirmation that they support gambling transactions. Users must independently verify that their chosen payment method supports the intended transaction.

Deposit Rules

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• ZT77 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method.
• ZT77 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion and to request additional verification for large or unusual transactions as part of its AML obligations.

Users may request withdrawal of their real money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the user's current verified real money balance;
• Any active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements must be fully wagered or forfeited before real money funds can be withdrawn;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in the cashier;
• Processing times vary by payment method and may take between one and ten business days depending on the method and any applicable verification steps.

Withdrawal Refusal

ZT77 reserves the right to delay, suspend or refuse a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, AML concerns or an outstanding KYC verification. In such circumstances, ZT77 will notify the affected user and provide information on the steps required to resolve the matter.

ZT77 may offer various promotional bonuses to eligible users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and referral bonuses. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only as specified in each offer's terms;
• Each user may claim each specific bonus offer once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• ZT77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus funds will be credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable;
• Bonus figures shown on the Platform (such as "up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative maximum amounts — actual credit depends on qualifying deposit and individual offer terms;
• ZT77 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a user has engaged in bonus abuse.

Wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough or rollover requirements) specify the total cumulative wager amount a user must complete before bonus-related funds become eligible for withdrawal. The following standard rules apply to all ZT77 bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in individual offer terms:

• Calculation basis: Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount credited, the deposit amount or a combination, as specified per offer;
• Maximum bet during bonus: While a bonus is active, you may not place a single wager exceeding the maximum bet limit specified in the offer terms (illustrative example: PKR 500 per spin or PKR 1,000 per hand). Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture;
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are published in the individual offer terms. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games and live casino titles may contribute a lower percentage or zero;
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the offer. Upon expiry, the bonus balance and any associated winnings are forfeited;
• Sticky vs non-sticky: The nature of the bonus (sticky or non-sticky) will be specified per offer. Sticky bonus funds are deducted from the balance upon withdrawal; non-sticky bonus funds are ring-fenced and used first before real money funds.

All games made available through ZT77 — including sports betting markets, live casino tables, RNG slot games, table games, esports markets and instant games — operate according to individually published game rules. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

RNG (Random Number Generator) games are provided by third-party certified software providers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot and RNG games are determined by the software provider and are published in individual game information panels. The RTP figure represents a theoretical long-run average and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.

ZT77 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are generated independently by certified RNG systems and live dealer platforms. In the event of a technical malfunction during any game, the relevant game result may be voided and wagers refunded at ZT77's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ZT77 Platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Including the use of stolen, fraudulent or falsified payment instruments or identity documents;
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different identity details;
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including arbitrage betting, pattern wagering designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinated bonus farming;
• Automated betting tools: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or automated software to interact with the Platform or place wagers;
• Collusion: Any form of cooperation between users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, table games or any other game format;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer or withdraw funds for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Underage use: Any individual under the minimum required age accessing the Platform or creating an account;
• Reverse engineering: Any attempt to access, reverse-engineer or exploit the Platform's software, APIs or security infrastructure.

All intellectual property rights in and to the ZT77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name ZT77, logo, website design, written content, software architecture, graphics and game interfaces — are owned by or licensed to ZT77. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ZT77;
• Use the ZT77 brand name, logo or trademarks in any manner without authorisation; or
• Frame, scrape or systematically extract content from the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZT77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any of its services;
• Any loss arising from the use of third-party payment processors, including any fees, exchange rate losses or processing delays;
• Gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform — gambling involves inherent financial risk and ZT77 does not guarantee any return on wagers.

ZT77's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ZT77 takes its responsible gambling obligations seriously. The following player protection tools are available to all registered users and can be configured in account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending;
• Loss limits: Set maximum permitted net loss thresholds over defined time periods;
• Session time limits: Configure reminders and automatic logout after specified play durations;
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net wager total;
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily suspend your account access for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

ZT77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, AML concerns or prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised by the user;
• Court order, regulatory requirement or law enforcement request;
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a dormancy policy as published in the Help Centre).

Upon account closure, ZT77 will return the verified real money balance (less any applicable processing fees and after deduction of any bonus funds) to the user's last verified payment method, unless otherwise required by legal or regulatory obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ZT77's operating jurisdiction. ZT77 does not represent that this Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan.

Users are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the Platform complies with the laws of their country and region of residence. ZT77 specifically does not claim to be licensed, regulated or authorised by any Pakistani governmental authority, including the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial regulatory body.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ZT77's internal complaints process shall be referred to arbitration or the courts of ZT77's operating jurisdiction, as applicable.

ZT77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ZT77 will provide reasonable notice to registered users — typically via email to the address registered on your account or via a notice displayed on the Platform.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. ZT77 recommends bookmarking this page and checking it regularly, particularly before making significant deposits or claiming bonus offers.
